The Visa test plans and other information on this site is furnished to you solely in your capacity as a customer of Visa and participant in the Visa payments system. In accessing these materials, you acknowledge that they are confidential and subject to the confidentiality and use restrictions contained in the License Agreement, Approval Services Testing Agreement, Test House Relationship Agreement, or Non-Disclosure Agreement. You agree to keep the materials confidential and not to use them for any purpose other than in your capacity as a customer of Visa or participant in the Visa payments system.
You further acknowledge that documents may be subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations ("EAR") and similar or comparable U.S. and foreign laws and regulations. By downloading them, you agree to comply with the EAR and all other laws and regulations governing export, import or use of encryption products and technology. To the extent you disclose the documents to other persons within your organization, you further agree to inform them of such restrictions. You shall not, under any circumstances, allow the documents to be used by or exported or re-exported to (i) any U.S. sanctioned or embargoed country, or to nationals or residents of such countries; or (ii) any person, entity, organization or other party identified on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons or Entity List, the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals or Blocked Persons List, or the Department of State’s Debarred Parties List, as published and revised from time to time; or (iii) any party engaged in nuclear, chemical/biological weapons or missile proliferation activities.
